This is a four-week live online journey into inner navigation, spiritual discernment and connection with your spirit guides ✨
You may already sense that guidance is available to you. But how does information actually reach you? How do you create space for that intentionally, recognize what you’re receiving, and use it your everyday life?
Over four Tuesday evenings, I’ll guide you through practices that develop your own sensory language and help you build a relationship with your spirit guides.
Having a relationship and practice with your energetic body in this way has endless benefits and needed more than ever in today’s world. Your consciousness is a magic wand, let’s learn how to use it.
Week 1 · Reclaiming the Throne
Learning to open and close your sacred space with intention. Through a guided ceremony, you’ll return to your own centre and establish the authority from which the rest of this work unfolds. You will be given homework to begin connecting with your own inner navigation system.
Week 2 · Learning Your Language
We explore the clairsenses through live practices and discover how energetic information naturally reaches you. We’ll draw on what you noticed during your Week One homework as you begin to recognize your own sensory language. The focus is learning to trust what you perceive and begin to open up to it in a safe and sacred container that you've created. Homework is given to continue practicing the connection with your clairsenses.
Week 3 · Meeting Your Spirit Guides
Now that you are more clear on your own inner navigation system and your language needed to perceive multidimensional space, we will dive in deeper together. I’ll guide you on a shamanic journey to encounter your core spiritual coucil, your spirit guides. This first meeting is about becoming acquainted with the council as a whole. You’ll have space afterward to map what you experienced and record what remains unclear or what direction you are needing to tend to. Homework is given to invite you to deepen your connection with 1-3 of your guides while continue to enforce your practice of opening and closing sacred space.
Week 4 · Community & Integration
We’ll come together to share what happened when you met your spiritual council and deepened your connection during the week. These shares always offer juicy gold nuggets to the group. As each person shares, there will be room for questions, reflection and coaching in the moment. We will discuss Integration, what is looks like and how to be successful with it. You’ll leave with a 30-day practice for continuing on your own with the support of a group chat until the end of the year.

About the recordings
Our gatherings will be recorded, including group sharing. Replays are available only to people enrolled in this group; these recordings will not be sold or used for a future course. You’re welcome to keep your camera off or choose not to share aloud.You’ll have spent four weeks learning how to open the space, recognize your own language, navigate your inner landscape and meet your spirit guides.
Then the live calls end, and the relationship becomes yours to tend.
You’ll have your practice, your journal, and thirty days of community around you as you learn what communion with your guides looks like in your actual life and how the establishment of that ritual blossoms into your 3D life.
